Chris has over 25 years of experience as a client advocate in technology, where he gained expertise in Telecommunications, contact center, data networking, infrastructure, security and XaaS Cloud. He’s passionate about sharing his knowledge with clients and helping them with their IT initiatives.
His vision in developing Technology Navigation was creating an advisement and support model that provides the opportunity for IT leadership to work alongside experienced and knowledgeable technologists who can help cut through the chaos and complexity of aligning solutions with business goals.
Director of Client Engagement
John has over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and communications. His primary focus is strategizing with his team on how to provide the best advisement and support for client’s initiatives and current and future communications and IT needs.
He prides himself on being an extension of his clients’ IT team, providing service and support so they can concentrate on their core competencies.
Director of Operations & Support
Margaret has over 27 years of experience in technology, including over a decade specializing in telecommunications, contact center, data networking and IT Infrastructure.
Alongside her team of Account Support Professionals, she provides clients with a wealth of information to ensure the supplier solutions meets and exceeds their expectations.
Lara Mayes has 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and telecommunications. Her background includes IT recruiting, supplier relationship management, portfolio management, contract administration and supporting Technology Navigation in totality.
She supports company initiatives with business operations, marketing, vendor relations and revenue assurance.
Senior Client Advisor
Michael has 17 years of experience and knowledge as a technology consultant, engineer, CIO as well as serving in the US Navy aboard USS Marvin Shields.
He works with clients as an overlay to their team to maximize and enhance existing technologies. His core focus is supporting his clients’ initiatives with his comprehensive approach including engineering design, technology evaluation, cost-saving strategies, implementation, and ongoing client service support.

Adam has over 25 years of experience working in IT infrastructure, including project management, and IT lifecycle management. He leverages analytics and a strong technical background to understand the details for planning, execution, and implementation of every IT solution.
He takes pride in providing detailed-oriented and results-driven advisement to clients.

Michael has a unique background of serving in the Navy aboard the USS Enterprise and 26+ years of consulting on IT infrastructure, colocation, telecommunications, and networking. He believes in straightforward candor to help clients determine the best solution for their initiatives and technology roadmap.
By taking advantage of the latest technologies, his goal is to vet out solutions while providing a way for clients to free up time to concentrate on their core competencies.

Sean has more than 11 years of experience in IT infrastructure, telecommunications, data networking and UCaaS. His organizational skills and strong work ethic lend well to working through client installs, trouble ticket support, escalations, and billing reviews.
Sean’s main focus centers around providing comprehensive support as a reliable, single point of contact who takes pride in assisting his clients at the highest level.

Agustin leverages his 7 years of experience and a master’s degree in project management and Implementation to keep projects on time and well structured. He utilizes his experience and knowledge of project management and implementation of technology in full support of his clients. Sharon has over 10+ years of experience in telecommunications and product management. Her background includes project management and operations support.
As a Business Analyst, Sharon assists the Executive Team with operations and strategic business insights, while managing core aspects of the organization.
Alejandra has 8+ years of experience in Digital Communication. Her background includes journalism, customer service, advertising creativity and digital marketing.
In an ever-changing world of digital context, she is passionate about creating real and valuable connections between her work and the end user, collaborating with the executive team and business coordinator to meet and exceed company objectives.
